Here is a nice sign we made on the CAMaster Cobra 508 ATC CNC Router.

1. Mill down a piece of Mahogany
2. Spray it with a cream colored spray paint (very lightly)
3. Route the letters into it with a 90 degree V bit
4. Rub the sign with boiled linseed oil
